Return & Refund Policy

At Gaura Organic, we aim to deliver high-quality products. If you face any issue, review the policy below before requesting a return or refund.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Proof is provided (unboxing video or clear images)

Products must be unused and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Products returned without proof

  • Change of mind or personal preference

Due to the nature of skincare products, hygiene-related returns are strictly restricted.

3. Refund Policy

If your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Amount will be credited to original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

4. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement for:

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong items delivered

Replacement will be shipped after verification.

5. Return Process

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share order details + proof (images/video)

  3. Wait for approval from our team

6. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
