3. Order Process

• Orders are placed via WhatsApp after product selection.

• Confirmation is shared manually along with order details and payment instructions.

• Orders are processed only after payment confirmation (unless Cash on Delivery is agreed).

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR (₹).

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Accepted payment methods will be shared via WhatsApp (UPI, bank transfer, etc.).

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within the committed timeframe shared on WhatsApp.

• Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service.

• Gaura Organic is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of spiritual and organic products, returns are generally not accepted.

• Refunds/replacements are only applicable in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong item delivered

• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
